The Royal Princess is a low (26') draft 1200 passenger ship. It is 45,000 tons. Length is 757 feet, width 106 feet, and height is 154 feet. There are 600 cabins and ours is about 125 sq feet being a deluxe double with window. Since we booked late we were unable to upgrade to a balcony (sigh). It was inaugerated in 1984 by Princess Diana. This is its next to last cruise under the Princess flag. It is being turned over to P&O.
